Made from French pork, Ajaccio Coppa is made from salted, dried and matured pork loin. This traditional Coppa is then stuffed into a casing and dried to obtain its inimitable flavour. It can be enjoyed like a Jambon Sec as a starter, an aperitif or even as a main course.
