Made from French pork, Lonzo (or carré de porc) is made from pork fillet. Peppered, smoked and cured, Lonzo has a light, fresh aroma, a mild flavour with a hint of hazelnut and a rather firm texture. Its aromas and smoky flavour will melt your guests’ mouths as an aperitif.
