French Pyrenees Cured Ham is a gourmet product! It comes from the leg of ham which is trimmed and then subtly seasoned with IGP* Salie-De-Béarn salt.  This product from the south-west of France develops powerful, original aromas after 10 months’ curing in a cellar. Pyrenean ham can be added to your recipes: as a starter, a main course or an aperitif.
