Organic Lonzo from Ajaccio
Made from ORGANIC French pork, Lonzo (or loin of pork) is made from pork fillet. Smoked and dried, Lonzo has a light, fresh aroma, a mild flavour with a hint of hazelnut and a rather firm texture. Its aromas and smoky flavour will melt your guests’ mouths as an aperitif.
