Serrano Ham TSG* comes from white pigs. The name Serrano is linked to the place where the hams were matured: in the mountains. A nugget of Spanish gastronomy, this dry-cured ham is slowly dried and matured for months. Mild and lightly salted, it is traditionally served with bread and good wine !
